Language For Making a Decision

There are certain words, that influence at a core level. Words that sell. You can actual find words that surround certain concepts, like making a decisions. In fact advertisers know, that “framing” their ads, pitch, and closing is very important, so often they use 34 types of Framing:

  1. LOSS. Showing what they will lose more than gain. Jay Abraham taught me this years ago, when he told me you have to sell to the negative.
  2. GAIN. Demonstrating personal or professional gains by making the decision.
  3. STATISTICS. 9 out 10 people do this. 50% are make a positive change in their life.
  4. FRAMING. Don’t say, Cheap say, Affordable. Don’t say Cheap say expensive, say luxurious or great quality (life changing).

So here are some words, for your selling and closing:

  • This is a simple decision. Do you want a better lifestyle or happy with this one.
  • In life there are the quick and dead. Those folks that make quick decisions are successful.
  • Behind your decision is your dream.
  • Don’t miss out on this great opportunity.
  • 50 percent of you will join us and change their lives, are one of the 50 percent.
  • This a very affordable opportunity.
  • The evidence suggests those who take advantage of this offer will be successful.
  • This is being handed to you on a silver plater, don’t miss out.
  • We are running out of time, only a couple hours left.
  • This a great deal, and you will not see it in the future.
  • Once in a lifetime, you get a outstanding opportunity, to change your life.
  • You’ll never see this again.
  • This type of deal is hard to come by.
  • Seats the next Symposium (event) will be sold out soon, you need to move quickly.
  • There are only limited quantities (gold key).
  • Wow. Everyone is buying, they are flying off the shelves, you need to act quickly.
  • Don’t miss out.
  • It really now or never.
  • Look at this logically, positive and negative.
  • It will cost you more tomorrow. We are regulated by the FTC. So not allowed to give you the discount later.
  • There is nothing else quiet like….
