3 Keys to Influence

At the core of selling are 3 keys that compel the sale:

First is value selling. Providing a solution to the problem. You must ensure you stack the value to overwhelm the logical reason to buy.

Second, is creating emotional and physical rewards for buying.

Third., is creating pain, if you do not buy.

Let me give you an example.

  1. Value. This program, can change your life. Creating 3 million dollars in value in the next 5 years. Allowing you to phase out of the 40/40/40 job, and develop cash flow from assets. Where you do not have to work for a living.
  2. Rewards. You can enjoy life, travel the world, work only 4 hours a week, have time for family and fun. Really enjoy your retirement and life.
  3. Pain. And if you do not make the decision,  you are going to be a slave to the job for the next 20 years, and may end up working a Walmart.

And just a reminder, if they are on the fence, driving home the pain, will make the difference.
